INTUITION AND CHANCE

  New show.  Ingrid Dean joins me again to talk about a few more stories from her book, Spirit Of The Badge.  Part of the conversation is about intuition and chance.  Ingrid tells a story of an officer who loses his badge and is a bit embarrased and has to travel about 100 miles away in a thick wooded area, guess what he finds in an eagles nest?  What are the odds of that happening?  Is it by chance?   Also, we talk about the connection between animals and people.  Is there more to it than there seems?  Are they just inferior animals, or can they tell us something we don't know.  Are they often used to send us signs?  If so, what do those signs mean?  The chats we have are fun.  Ingrid has been on many programs in order to promote her book, and has traveled all over the country.  Some people are genuinely interested, others are just trying to make fun of what she has to say.  Now why do others do that?  Do you think a group of cops would risk their reputations to come forward in this book just to get attention?   By the way if you click on Ingrid's website below you can hear her some of her interviews from other programs, including Coast To Coast. www.spiritofthebadge.com           Next week I hope to have a chat about Out Of Body Experiences with a good friend of mine and his niece, both of which were part of the experience.

Technical Difficulties

Hi, no new show this week, Podbean informed me they are having some server issues.  You may not even be able to listen to some of shows.  Hopefully everything will be operational soon.  Sorry for the inconvenience. There's always a reason.  This week a friend of mine called me on the air and wanted me to dedicate a song to her grandfather who passed away.  My condolences to Deanna's family.  (She was on of my very first shows)  Another listener called after that and told me about her 29 year old niece that died in a car crash.  Man, it just seems like such a waste, doesn't it?  Finally a gal named Jessie called me and told me her son passed a few years back, he was only 21.  I asked her how she was doing?  She was doing the best she could under the circumstances.  I then asked her if he had contacted her since he passed.  To my surprise the answer was yes.  Something to the effect of this old car he worked on that never ran and the lights just happened to come on by themself as she came home one night, and I think it was her birthday.  How cool is that?  While others may pass and we don't know why, I am convinced it is always part of a greater natural plan, and many times they choose to hang around us to assist us in our life.

A Poltergeist and The Lady On The Road

A little creepy this week.  Valentine Mankey joins me from a small village just north of Lansing Michigan.  Valentine found my podcast and sent me an email describing her many ghostly tales, some are pretty remarkable.  She didn't think anyone would be interested and has kept these stories mostly to herself for most of her life.  I am so glad that she now is willing to pass those stories on so that maybe others will step forward and not fear ridicule.  Some may step forward and just do it for attention, that may happen.  Some may make up stories, that may happen too.  I try to get a feel for people as I talk to them to see where they are coming from, and I can't say if I'm 100% accurate, but I have a real good feeling about Valentine.  One, she tells her stories plainly without feeling the need to make them more entertaining.  She strikes me as a real down to earth individual who doesn't mince words, and isn't doing this for attention.   What may be lost in this is how remarkable she truly is.  She has an ability that comes naturally that most of us don't discover in our lifetime, and she doesn't make a big deal out of it.  She kept telling me: Aw, anybody can do this.  Maybe so.  Have you ever felt a very unusual presence in your home?  Valentine did and she knew where it came from and dealt with it in her own way.  I have heard of ghost hitchhikers that have actually gotten a ride from people who thought they were alive at the time.  Imagine doing that?  How would you feel?  Valentine had a similar incident, although the woman, a ghost, was walking along a road and, well I'll let you hear the story and see what you think. MARIE D JONES FROM SAN DIEGO-2013

Thanks to Linda Godfrey for the contact, I finally got around to connecting with Marie D. Jones about her book 2013, The End Of Days Or A New Beginning.  Are you freaked out with what may be coming?  Is there anything coming at all?  This week I have a guest that takes a bit more of a scientific approach to what may happen in 2012.  Marie doesn't think that much will happen, at least not on the scale that some have said.  Marie explains what she really thinks the Mayan calender meant, and how there doesn't seem to be evidence of a polar shift.  Is the 2012 event overhyped?  I think so.  Will anything happen at all?  I don't know.  We both agree that it could be more of a spiritual awakening than anything else.  I think it is healthy to hear more than one view point on this subject.  Does anyone really know for sure? Marie has written many books, she has been on Coast To Coast with George Noory, The History Channels Nostradomas Effect, and many other programs.  Marie is a New Thought/Metaphysics minister with extensive background in metaphysics, spiritual studies, and the paranormal.  Marie spent 15 years with MUFON in LA and San Diego.  She is the current director of Special Projects to the Arkansas Paranormal and Anomalous Studies Team. LISA SHIEL-EVOLUTION CONSPIRACY

Lisa was on not that long ago talking about her new book, this time we delve into some of her personal beliefs.  I always like doing that.  Is there a "conspiracy" when it comes to theories about evolution?  Are there those who know it doesn't quite add up but are not willing to admit it?  There was just some survey realeased today that said 39% of people in the U.S. believe in evolution.  You might say, so what?  I look at it this way, if we are being lied to (or just mislead by ignorance) about evolution, what other false truths do we believe in?  Lisa's approach to this topic is very scientific, as usual.  She always spends years of research before she releases anything.  I respect that.  What's neat about this interview is that I got her to speculate as to our true origins and other phenomena.  She has witnessed ufo's first hand, investigated for MUFON, investigated bigfoot sightings, had some kind of bigfoot/sasquatch communication, and has seen mysterious huge orbs in the woods.  Do you think she's a crackpot?  I hope not.  I know her mother and father as well, and they are just regular down to earth folks.  Her mom has had a few strange things happen and her dad is mainly a skeptic, although he did see some sort of mysterious hairy thing staring at him in the woods.  It was upright and wasn't a bear.  They all live in an isolated part of the U.P. on 40 acres of land and are happy with that.  It's a bit remote but nature is right at their fingertips.  They have horses, the weird thing is that something was braiding the horses hair.  Now who would be around to do that considering their location?  This week I gladly welcome back Lisa Shiel. www.evolutionconspiracy.com

10 DEGREES OF RECKONING

This week I am on vacation, again.  Isn't it great?  Maybe not so much for you?  Since I'm a country bumkin and have dial up internet at home, I am merely uploading a show that already ran.  My friend Kathy notified me recently that this book is now doing pretty well.  I interviewed the author a while back and I don't know how many have heard the story.  It is pretty amazing.  It is a story of survival, determination, incredible will, love and divine assistance.  Hestor Rumberg is a good friend of Judith Sleavin's, and moved forward to tell her amazing story.  Why do bad things happen to good people?  Is there always a greater purpose?  Are there angels or spirit guides around us? If you already heard this show, sorry, if you haven't it is inspiring to hear how one woman survived an ordeal that most would not.  Next week Lisa Shiel discusses her book Evolution Conspiracies and we speculate as to our true origins!

THE INNOCENTS

Happy Halloween!  This week I speak with 3 middle school students about ghost stories.  It all started quite simply, I was talking with Julie Mallard about the United Way, it just so happened that her daughter was with her.  Somehow (gee I wonder how that happened) we got on the topic of ghost stories and Kristin had a few to share.  I thought it would be fun if we got a few folks in the studio and recorded a Halloween show dealing with ghost stories.  Remember how much fun it was as a kid to tell ghost stories.  Remember the innocense of being a kid.  So many things we didn't quite understand but yet we were blessed because we were pure.  So this week I welcome Julie Mallard, her daughter Kristin, her son Eric, and Riley Goddard.  They all have had experiences of their own.  Kristin and Eric believe that their dad's house has a spirit, and just recently dad admitted to them that he saw something too.  I see that as progress, good job guys!

HAUNTED HOME?

My co-worker Mindy Wills has been on the show more than once.  More recently many strange things have been happening at her house.  She and her fiance Chad are ghosthunters so it is not totally unusual, but it still creeps you out when it's your own home.  Mindy has gotten to know Debbie Bergeon and has felt good about what she has had to say.  So I suggested why not have Debbie come over and see if she can pick up on anything.  Mindy's cat really noticed something as well.  It seems animals can see things clearly, just like little children.  So the following is an actual recording of what we did yesterday.  Was it creepy?  No.  Was I expecting it to be?  No.  Are there spirits in Mindy's house?  Yes, but not what we think.  Thanks to Debbie Bergeon for her ability, insight, and wisdom.  You can go to her site at: www.theangelwalker.com Something a bit bizarre appeared to have happened and it wasn't until after we left....

WE ARE NOT ALONE PART 2

Here is the rest of the show that David and I recorded a couple of weeks ago and that aired recently on radio in southern lower Michigan and on the internet.  David talks to many in the ufo world, the biggest name probably is Stanton Freidman.  He also has done shows with Bud Hopkins, whose work I have followed for quite some time.  He has written books and works with MUFON and other organizations.  Why would someone become so involved with a topic that many would say does not exist?  We all have a passion for something, the question is, why?  With most, I think it's personal experience.  Perhaps it's part of a greater plan, a plan we put forward before we came here.  Maybe we just don't realize it til later in life.  Even then do we truly get it?  Just imagine if none of this phenomena existed?  Would others say that we wasted our lives looking for something that didn't exist?  How would they know?  They're still alive..... Furthermore, how do they know they haven't spent most of their lives believing a lie?????  Some of this is about Neil Armstong's ufo experience on the moon, but also a story I heard regarding mysterious craft on the moon.  Also the similarity to one of my guests and David's experience of the sky opening.  A little on the ufo/bigfoot connection.
