You ever notice how much we're controlled? By our governments, our bosses, even our friends and families. Maybe you control others, I think we've all done that before, how else would we learn? Now some of it might be for our own good, but if you're like me you don't want too many telling you what to do. "Just follow the rules TJ." Um, no. I'm not real good at following rules that just appear to be controlling and not really serving a purpose. Now more than ever people are finally challenging the old standards, thank goodness. We think all of our institutions are perfect, uh, does anyone remember Penn State? Or that our leaders don't misuse their power. Does the name Nixon ring a bell? I think people seek to control others in this world, why? By controlling someone you actually take some of their energy and add it to yours. You ever feel exaulted after you won an arguement? How do you feel when you lose? We live in a world that lacks self love, doesn't even understand unconditional love, and seeks it through the control of others. We don't know God. At least that explains to me why I meet so many who seem to know what's best for me. Or there are those who set the rules but they don't apply to them. Enough already! I've had enough with those types. What can we do? I think part of our lesson is to find our voice. Sometimes we need to just let it go, but other times we need to speak up. I had a really cool experience recently involving a young girl and a salad bar. It was like the universe was telling me, "You need to speak up." It was like the little girl came to me for that reason. Did I pass the test? Part of what holds us back is fear, we're afraid of what people will think. I understand, but if you're ready to stop living for others then maybe it's time to get past that. Coincidently, millions of others all over the planet are doing the same. Maybe many of us are just waking up and realize there is a better way. Whether we like it or not there are massive changes coming to the planet and it sure appears to me that the human race is waking up as well. I believe it to be part of the concious shift.

"Way down, below the ocean, where I wanna be, she may be." Donovan's version of Atlantis, the mythical continent. Or was it? Many, including Edgar Cayce, believed in the lost continent. This week my co-host Joy Regina Melchezidek speaks about Atlantis and other mysteries. Why? Because the time has come to do so. All of the things that are mysteries will be revealed because of our awakening and the planet's awakening. So what else? The Great Lakes Triangle, strange events that have taken place over Lakes Michigan and Superior, some say more than the Bermuda Triangle. Joy even talks about the Edmund Fitzgerald and what she senses happened back then in the mid 70's. Was the ship capsized by something other than a storm? What about the Bermuda Triangle? Is there anything going on there? I think Joy will let us know, and I think we'll have a few laughs, and I'll try to push her buttons a little to get her to laugh. We just have fun. If Gaia/Earth could speak, what would she say? Is she mad at us? Is she going to continue to dump on us? This week Gaia speaks through Roslyn McGrath and she's not mad, she's just evolving! So are we according to Gaia. We actually may have come from Mars at one time. Sound crazy? If there is energy in all things, could there be intelligence in all things? Some would say God is in all things and therefore all things in creation have divine inteligence. Well, except for those in the show Honey Boo Boo. In September of 1952 a number of unknown craft entered the U.S. airspace over the eastern seaboard. Through documents from the Airforce's Project Bluebook, local newspaper reports, and even former military eye witnesses, my guest this week discovered what appears to be a mission from the U.S. Airforce to shoot these craft down. One of the places where one of these damaged craft landed was in Flatwoods, West Virginia, located in Braxton County. Originally 4 boys were playing football at a local school field and saw the craft go over. They ran to Mrs. Kathleen May's house, and from there Mrs. Day and several boys went to investigate. What they saw scared the daylights out of them and changed their lives forever. Shortly after the sighting the police showed up and then the National Guard got involved. It was pandomonium. Then the story changed, and Mrs. May and the boys were made out to look like idiots. Over time they pretty much refused to talk with anyone about it over ridicule.
21 years ago Frank Feschino took up the trail out of curiousity, as he dug he learned more and more, eventually he gained the trust of the people of Braxton County in West Virginia. It took many years for Frank to piece it all together, but what you have is the most investgated, most documented ufo sighting(s) and interaction ever recorded. I've had Frank on a couple of times before and each time I learn something new. This time we talk about his latest revised edition and a you tube video he made that shows many of his interviews with some of those that have passed on since the incident. Like I told Frank before, it's almost like God sent him here for him to find this hidden story, this hidden truth. He feels the same way. My guest believes there may be more mass shootings coming to the United States. I really don't like to go down this road but perhaps there may be a solution, at least for some. Stuart Tomc from Chicago has been on my show before, he appears to have some research that supports lack of Omega 3's affecting our brain health, and in turn affecting our emotional state. Years ago we got more Omega 3's in our diet when cattle grazed on open range grasses. So much has changed in the last 30 years with nutrition and peoples attitudes, coincidence?
Stuart used to work for the World Health Organization and now travels the world lecturing on behalf of Nordic Naturals and brain health. Could a lack of brain food be leading to some of the mass shootings we are seeing? It makes some sense. Could it be a combination of things, like how we get desensitized from our mass media, video games etc? I know for me that was the case, since I've stopped watching the violent shows and movies I'm become much more sensitive to others, like I was when I was a child.
Is there a conspiracy? Stuart won't go there and I really don't care to either, but he is convinced that much of what is happening is based on greed and perhaps some coruption. Personally I think there's more, but that's for another show perhaps.

What is this all about? I heard this term a long time ago and it scared me to think that there could be another soul that could walk into our body. Is that even possible? I think it is, and I think you will meet one this week. Her name is Kari Chapman and she has an interesting story to tell. She claims she came in fully aware and assumed the role of a mother with 2 daughters. The previous soul agreed to leave. Sound crazy? Listen first before you judge, perhaps.

5 and a half years ago I didn't know I had 3 sisters in my soul family."What are you crazy?" Well now I got to finally meet Roslyn McGrath and Joy Melchezidek and they feel like family. Also on the show is Reverend Debby as we help a friend named Judy. Awesome show this week!
What I admire most about these 3 amazing beings is their compassion and love they bring for all they help. Each brings their own abilities to help and assist others. We all see a similar picture of an awakening time.
