Some scientists believe the magnetic poles are shifting, north is heading south and south is heading north. Did we really mess up the planet that bad, or is that part of a natural cycle? TJ what an interesting guy this Jack Allis - sounds like another good book I will need to read. I really agree with the relaxing of the body and quieting of the mind. I often see (at work especially) that those who tend to be more stressed or let the stress take over their day are the ones that are sick more often.
